1. Overview of Services
Dismo is a pre-booked ridesharing platform. We connect passengers with licensed drivers for transport services that must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We do not offer on-demand rides.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking Requirement
All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the requested pick-up time.
We reserve the right to reject bookings that do not comply with this timeframe.
You are responsible for providing accurate booking details.

4. Consumer Guarantees
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These include that our services will be:

Provided with due care and skill
Fit for the intended purpose
Delivered within a reasonable time, if no time is set

5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is communicated before booking confirmation.
Prices may vary based on distance, time, and location.
Accepted payment methods are shown at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel up to 12 hours before pickup for a full refund.
Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
We offer refunds or rebooking if we cancel a confirmed ride.

7. Limitations of Service
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Conduct and Safety
Be ready at your pick-up location on time.
Treat drivers with respect.
No illegal or unsafe behaviour.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned by Dismo or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). See our Privacy Policy for more details.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the resupply of the service or refund of the booking cost. These terms do not exclude your non-excludable consumer rights under Australian law.

12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to any revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of New South Wales.
